How to Resolve Warranty Claims Quickly and Effectively
The first step toward filing a warranty claim is identifying the problem and the party responsible for fixing it.
After determining the defect in materials or workmanship, follow the outlined processes below to being the warranty claim process with the appropriate manufacturer or installer.
Each link below contains instructions on how to file a warranty claim for a given component of your vehicle. There are a couple of key pieces of information you will need to have to start the process:
1) The make of your chassis or vehicle - Freightliner, International, Dodge, or Workhorse
2) For Walk-ins, the make of the body installed on your chassis: Morgan Olson or Utilimaster
3) All Dodge Sprinter shelving installations are done by Midway
