Simply visit our website at fedexgroundtruck.arifleet.com to review photos and approved specifications, or contact us at 877-353-3831 to determine your vehicle needs.

After the appropriate truck has been determined, obtain credit approval from your funding source.

Once you have funding approved contact your terminal manager to submit the request on your behalf.
- If the truck is a new or replacement vehicle, please have your terminal manager complete the Person Request and VMS Information in CDAS.
- If the truck is an upgrade, have your terminal manager complete the TSM001e which will include the financing.

Once the request is approved by FedEx it will be forwarded to ARI for unit assignment.

ARI will issue an invoice to your funding source via fax or email so they may complete all the necessary contracts with you.

Once ARI receives full payment they will begin the process to dispatch the unit for delivery. Approximate delivery time is 7-10 days.

When the vehicle arrives at your terminal, a M116 (New Van Delivery Acceptance Checklist) must be completed by your terminal manager and placed in the unit history file. |
