FedEx Ground & Home Delivery WALK-IN

To initiate a warranty claim, please first try to identify the nature of the claim and its origin.

If the warranty issue is with the suspension, frame, motor, or transmission, please have the unit taken to the nearest chassis authorized dealer.

To file a claim on the FedEx Ground or Home Delivery Walk-In, other than the frame, suspension, engine, or transmission, please follow the procedures below.  This warranty is with Morgan Olson and it will not be necessary to involve a chassis dealer.

 

  1. Call the Warranty Contacts listed.
  2. Morgan Olson warranty will provide a list of recommended repair centers, or the individual can go to a repair center of his choosing for an estimate.
  3. Once the customer has an estimate, the repair center can forward the information to Morgan Warranty Department for approval and an Authorization number.
  4. Once the work is complete, the repair center needs to attach the authorization number to the invoice, and submit the invoice to Morgan Olson for payment.
  5. Repairs done without authorization, and invoices submitted without authorization numbers will be held for payment until all information is received.
