What To Expect Next!

Step 1 – appraising the value of your vehicle

·         Now that you have submitted your request for appraisal, a third party appraisal company will be in contact with you within 5 business days to schedule an appointment to appraise your vehicle

·         Once the appraisal is completed, the inspector will upload your condition report and photos to our system within a few days

·         ARI will then contact you with the current market value (offer) of the vehicle

·         The entire process will be completed within approximately 10 business days

Step 2 – accepting the offered price and purchase details

·         Once an offer is presented, the offer will be valid for 2 weeks

·         The offer is no longer valid after 2 weeks and the price is subject to a market value adjustment

·         If you decide to accept our offer to purchase your vehicle, a check will be sent to you via FedEx within 48 hours with the stipulation that we are in receipt of the Bill of Sale, including the VIN and a copy of a free and clear title to the vehicle

·         If the offer you receive is less than the payoff amount on the vehicle, you will need to send clear funds to the finance company for the difference in order to complete the transaction

·         If your vehicle is financed through a bank or a leasing company, ARI will make arrangements to make the payoff directly.

Upon receipt of payment from ARI, it is critical that the title is sent immediately via FedEx to:
